Guidance only. Detector assignments and conflict flags are spectral heuristics based on emission-peak channels, not measured spillover or a full similarity/complexity analysis. The user is responsible for corroborating spectral compatibility and final panel performance in dedicated spectral panel-design software (e.g., Cytek Full Spectrum Viewer, BD Spectrum Viewer / FACSDiscover software) and with single-stained controls on the target instrument before running samples.
